Tom Donnelly grew up in rural Kansas and worked with his dad on the family farm. He moved to Loveland in 1993 and is a private practice land surveyor.

Tom and Lexy, his wife of 10 years, have four children.  Jack is 8, Joe 5, Teddy is 2, and baby Cate is 4 months old.
